Primapore is a highly absorbent, low-adherent sterile adhesive wound dressing. The wound contact layer enables the passage of blood or exudate into the highly absorbent pad whilst maintaining a good healing environment and minimal pain on dressing. Suitable for use on cuts, lacerations and sutured wounds. This product is like Melolin but is on an adhesive backing so ideal for dressing awkward areas where bandaging is impossible. Please note: the sizes given include an adhesive border. The size of the actual wound pad for the 10cm x 20cm dressing is 14cm x 5cm and on the 10cm x 25cm dressing it is 18cm x 5cm.
