Single use hydrogel wound dressing. Application quickly into a wound in an emergency situation will help prevent secondary contamination whilst hair is removed and the area is being cleaned up. Easily washed out to permit deeper cleansing. Scissor clipped hair is bound to fall into the adjacent wound and getting it out is difficult unless the wound is pre-packed with gel. Contains a modified Carboxmethyl cellulose polymer, propylene glycol and water. Intrasite Gel promotes natural debridement and provides a moist wound healing environment. Does not harm viable tissue or skin surrounding wounds.
